No, wallet top-ups are completely free. When you add funds to your FastCopy wallet via mobile payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer), 100% of the amount is credited directly to your balance. The 2.5% Tax & Service Charge is only calculated on active print orders at the time of purchase.

If a print shop has a paper jam, printer breakdown, or rejects your print file, the shop worker can cancel your order through the print queue application. The full amount paid (including the 2.5% Tax & Service Charge) is refunded instantly to your student app wallet ledger.
