In no event shall Ustadam be liable for damages, including loss of data or profit or business interruption, arising from use or inability to use website materials, courses, or products, even if Ustadam has been advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

Website materials, including course content, may contain technical, typographical, or other errors. Ustadam does not warrant that materials are completely accurate, complete, or current. Ustadam may change materials, courses, or products at any time without notice and has no obligation to update them.

Course & Product Descriptions

We try to describe courses, workshops, and products such as ExamAnalyzer and Digital Diary accurately. Content, format, schedules, and instructors may be revised as offerings improve.

Courses and workshops are subject to availability. If an offering is postponed, changed, or unavailable, we will inform registered users and may offer an alternative or refund where applicable.

Registration & Enrollment

Submitting an online registration or enrollment form does not by itself constitute acceptance. Enrollment is accepted when Ustadam confirms registration and, where applicable, grants access to course materials.

Submitting a registration form or completing checkout is a request to enroll which, if accepted, creates a binding arrangement between you and Ustadam. Confirmation will normally be sent to the email address supplied.

If we cannot accommodate your enrollment, we will notify you and, where payment or a related donation has been made, work with you on a refund or future-course credit as soon as reasonably possible.

Online payments and donations are received in PKR unless otherwise stated. Applicable refunds will generally be issued in the same currency.

Ustadam may cancel or reschedule a course, workshop, or registration because of insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, incorrectly listed information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Access to Courses & Products

Self-paced courses and digital products such as ExamAnalyzer and Digital Diary are generally provided through a registered account or direct download, depending on the offering.

We make reasonable efforts to keep materials and products accessible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be limited for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Reasonable registration changes may be accommodated before a course starts or access is granted. Once a course has started or a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, refunds or exchanges may not be possible.

Donations

Ustadam may accept voluntary donations to support its teaching and training mission. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, donations are non-refundable once processed. Donors may contact us with questions about how a donation will be used.

Links

This website may link to partner schools, instructor resources, third-party tools, and other websites. We do not control or necessarily vet their content. Except where required by applicable law, Ustadam accepts no liability for use of third-party websites.

Modifications

Ustadam may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
